Back Bay Dog

House needs some updating; wooden decking is a splinter fest, outside pool area is great but could use some TLC and power washing.

We had a great time at Back Bay Dog. We liked the really well equipped kitchen, the pool and surrounding area, the hot tub, and the sauna. The house itself was clean and had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. For younger kids (4 and under), we caution that the spiral staircase is very steep. Communication with the Sandbridge Life Realty Team was seamless and quick. Great location with a short walk to the beach. We will be back! Thank you!

We booked to have a fun place for cousins and a beautiful private space for adults we had lots of space and activities. Close enough to beach older kids could go alone. Loved our time there

This home was amazing. So much open space and light. My party only had 5 people rather than the 8 we had planned for, so we all had our own bedroom. The beds were all comfortable and the home was very clean. There was an issue with the pool that we reported right away and it was addressed within an hour. The host was highly responsive and accommodating. The outdoor space was beautiful and if the weather had been warmer we may not have even left the home to go up to the VA Beach boardwalk area. The pool was cleaned while we were there despite us not using it because of the cooler April weather, but we took full advantage of the hot tub and sauna. One thing we liked a lot was knowing that the hot tub was emptied and cleaned in-between guests. The kitchen was stocked with any gadget needed for cooking and there were ample plates and glasses to use. The beach was a short 5-10 minute walk and the nature preserve was a 10 minute drive down the road. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this location and if ever vacationing in the area again, would 1000% rent this location.

I stayed here in Sandbridge for my sister-in-law’s birthday along with my birthday. My entire family was able to make it and stay under one roof. Communication with this company was amazing!

My daughter & I stayed 5 nights. The house had everything we needed. Very clean & the view from the back deck is breathtaking.

Christmas beach stayThe property was beautiful and very roomy for our various children and grandchildren. The view was lovely. The property was well stocked for cooking and had a gas grill as well. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There were lots of TVs with cable. The dining table comfortably fit all of us for meals. The only things I did not care for were the winding staircase, which was tricky getting up and down, especially for the kids.
