'Beach Haven' is a professionally decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo in Sandbridge, VA, accommodating up to 8 guests. It features unobstructed Atlantic views, an updated kitchen, a primary suite with a jacuzzi, and a community pool.

Living Space & Entertainment:
Exceptional views of the ocean await!  A wall of windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with easy access to the expansive main balcony grant favorable sunrise opportunities.  Smart TVs: SMART TVs are set up in the living room (55”) and all bedrooms (bring your own streaming passwords).

Kitchen & Dining:
Here you will find updated appliances to include refrigerator, microwave, and wine/beverage fridge.  A convenient coffee station includes a Keurig coffee maker, a French Press and a drip coffee maker.  It's an open-concept floor plan that flows into a dining room that seats 8 persons.

Bedroom Layout & Amenities:
The bedroom layout includes a Primary Suite with a King bed, private balcony access with ocean views, large walk-in closet, and a luxurious private bath (jacuzzi-style tub, double sinks, separate shower), Bedroom 2 with a Queen bed and a spacious desk perfect for remote work, and Bedroom 3 with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4).  Perfectly ideal for your family!

***Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking. 

Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.

Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.

The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association. 

Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.
