This custom-built family home comes complete with eight bedrooms (six with private bathrooms), a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and an island, and an enormous second-floor great room with gorgeous views. Each room is beautifully furnished, with hardwood floors and tile. Multiple family rooms allows everyone to come together to spend some time doing different activities from streaming movies, to puzzles, to baking cookies in the expansive kitchen. There is room for everyone at Contingent Sea.
Features include 10 TVs, cable service, high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, a gas grill, picnic tables, plentiful outdoor seating, an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), basketball, and three refrigerators.

Stayed with kids!We had a wonderful time with our large family from all over uniting for this vacation. The kitchen is very well stocked-pot/pans, two large drip coffee makers and a Keurig. Plenty of plates and glasses-large crockpot, grill, two sinks, 2 dishwashers, multiple fridges and bathrooms, short clean walk to the beach-it was so ideal! The hosts were responsive as was the property manager! We had so much fun and will be back! Thank you!

Contingent see was probably the best equipped house rental we’ve ever stayed in. It was incredibly spacious, with multiple areas for relaxation and recreation. The huge kitchen had everything you could possibly need for feeding a large group and a dining set up with tables that sat 12 on either side of the kitchen Was perfect for our family of nine children and 10 adults. All the furnishings both indoors and out were comfortable and in excellent condition for rental property. The views from the many decks were beautiful and allowed you to see both sunrise and sunset over water. And to top it all off the beach access was just one house away.

We stayed with a large family group of 18. The house was very clean, the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The double sink, trashcan, dishwasher combo made cleaning up a breeze. We had pool parties in the morning and at night. Beach access was right across the street. There were breathtaking views of the sunrises, sunsets, and Fourth of July fireworks from the many porches. Everyone was very comfortable with lots of room to spread out.

Our group of 3 families with 17 total had plenty of room in this lovely, large home. The location was great, path to the beach right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in working order. The pool was great and had lots of chairs around it.

We’ve stayed in this house many times and have made amazing memories. It’s spacious (you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another,) clean and welcoming. We love it!!!
First let me say that we have been bouncing around Sandbridge for 6 years, before finding a house to call our own. Contingent Sea is it!First of all, the house was extremely clean and well maintained. The furnishings are very tasteful. Secondly, the kitchen! It is very well stockedand has 2 of everything. When your putting dinner on the table for 18 every night, the kitchen is very important. The layout is fabulous with thedouble sinks, double dishwashers, and an island to prep and use for serving the food. Thirdly, the walkway to the beach is so close and has aconcrete walkway all the way to the each with a ramp! The only thing that would make this house spectacular, is to have an enclosed outdoor shower!We have already secured our week for 2027.
