With 2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 2 Twin beds there's room for everyone including your furry friend! The first floor of this home offers two bedrooms with plenty of sleeping. You will find an expansive bedroom that includes 2 twin beds (these are stackable so there is actually 4 Twins if you unstack), a second refrigerator, foosball, large screen TV and access to the pool deck- the size of this room makes for a very diverse space. The second bedroom on this level is a King with access to a Hall Bath & large screen TV. The second floor of this home has a gracious amount of living space including a spacious open concept floor plan with a dining table perfect for large meals, board games, or a puzzle. There is an East facing King bedroom on this level with an ensuite bath and large screen TV as well as two other bedrooms, both Queens, with access to a Hall Bath with Tub. All of the bedrooms have updated bedding, ceiling fans, and large screen TV's for your enjoyment. Ocean facing decks provide the ideal location to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular Sandbridge sunrise. You may even catch a glimpse of a dolphin or two!

The location is excellent with access to the beach directly across the street. The pool is too shallow to swim but good for cooling off or playing games. We weren't able to bring our dogs but it is definitely dog friendly with a good fenced in area. There was more than adequate room for the six of us and could accommodate eight well but beyond that would be tight. The three bathrooms could be limiting depending on the composition of the group. There is a large dining table, outside grill, good size refrigerator. The general condition of the house is good but not luxurious. The internet was weak but that is apparently a problem with the community and not this specific property.

Hoghly recommendedEasy Day was a delightful place for vacation. Though not on the beach, there is an open view of the ocean (direct access to beach walkway) and a view of the intracoastal waterway. The multiple outdoor seating areas made every time of day pleasant for relaxing. Great to have a pool, hot tub AND fenced yard for children and privacy. The updated kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) While an older home which could use a few updates, we found it to be perfect for our family of 5 adults, 2 toddlers and furry friends. The property management company was friendly, helpful and responsive.

We checked out Thursday (6/18) and I didn’t get a chance to thank you and the owners of Easy Day, for such a lovely vacation.This home was nicely decorated complete with anything we could need. The home was inviting, extremely dog friendly, and at the same time extremely clean. The welcome gifts were a sweet surprise, which we totally enjoyed.I want to thank everyone involved with this rental. It was a very relaxing vacation and one of the most welcoming places we have stayed.Best wishes for a perfect summer to all.
