PAWS and RELAX at this well-appointed coastal vacation home!  Designed with cool and calm beachy decor. Ideal for all of your family members to include your K9 companions. Easy beach access, fenced yard, swimming pool, and plenty of outdoor seating.
Family meals are a breeze when prepared in the modern kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and kitchen bar seating (seats 5) are just a few of the prime kitchen features. The dining table seats 8. The living room has comfortable sectional seating and a large screen TV. Bar seating is available at the outdoor covered bar area on the first level.
Bedroom 1 has a double vanity, shower, and door to pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a double vanity and shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The laundry room is on the first level along with a game room with slider access to the pool and outdoor shower.
Access to the beach is easy and convenient! The gate on the north side of the fenced yard opens to a public path.
Fun Amenities:Â Game Room with Foosball & Arcade Game, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, 2 Beach Carts, Boogie Boards, Sand Toys, Darts, Swimming Pool has floats, pool volleyball and pool basketball.Â
Bonus: Bring your canine companion (Max of 2). A separate fenced area is provided for outdoor pet play.

The hosts thought of everything one needs for a perfect vacation. The house was terrific, it was well stocked inside and out. Even the weather was perfect. TO have floats and chairs available was remarkable. Things like the amount of silverware, plates, silverware, etc was wild. They layout of the property was amazing. 10 out of 10.

We had a wonder ful stay at Paws and Relax in August. The property and home was even better than expected! Pictures do not do it justice. The property was very large and private. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was excellent! Love the lounge chairs on the patio.The backyard access to the beach path was perfect. The house had eveything we needed. We didnt need to bring so many pool and beach toys becasue there were so many there! We had such an enjoyable stay and would definetely consider staying at Paws and Relax again.

We had a group of 11 (6 adults and 5 teenagers) and we all thought it was a beautiful house. It was nicely furnished, clean, the pool area was great, the sleeping areas worked well for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and having the foot wash and outdoor shower to clean off after was welcome to avoid bringing sand in. I also thought the location was great. The little market at the end of the road was great to grab a few items as needed and they have really good donuts. It is close enough to shopping, restaurants and activities but far enough from the crowds. Highly recommend and if we head back to the Sand bridge area would rent here again.

The photos are EXACTLY as depicted! Super Clean! We've experience numerous rentals in the past this place was hands down the BEST EVER! Perfect size! Only one negative is the toaster doesnt work too well. Wicked close to the beach.....easy access. Pool is awesome. Beach chairs and umbrella included. Quality Washer and Dryer. We had a great beach week at Paws and Relax. There was plenty of room for our 4 generation gathering. The beach is so close with tide pools for the little one's. The pool area is where we spent most of ou afternoons. The owners left us a sweet note and the managment company was responsive to requests. This was the perfect distance from restaurants, shopping and golf. On a rainy day, the aquarium was close and a big hit! Very Clean and fully equipped. We will return!

Perfect Sandbridge stayOur stay at Paws and Relax really exceeded our expectations. I was looking for a place that would accommodate not only our grown children (no grandkids yet) and our all important golden retriever. The house was the perfect size for us and three adult kids. It was clean and very thoughtfully designed and decorated. It was very convenient to the beach and we loved the pool. We will definitely be back next year!

The only suggestion is that maybe in the Amex room downstairs - another couch. It was a rainy week and we were a bit on top of each other in the living room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Bedrooms are very private allowing each family flexibility in bed times and wake up times. Out door space was huge and pool was great fun. Dog friendly. Very clean. We’ll be back!
