Located on the quiet, sought after north end of Sandbridge, this coastal property offers waterfront lake access for fishing or kayaking and is just a short walk to the beach (there is a beach access path so walking down Widgeon Lane is not necessary).
Reel Paradise exudes Coastal Charm with comfortable bed arrangements for your family gathering. The first level has two bedrooms: one with two twin-over-twin bunk sets and another with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located across the hall, by a doorway to the swimming pool.
The second level offers a large kitchen open to the dining and living room overlooking the lake and 3 bedrooms. All three include queen-size beds and have flat screen TV's. A full hall bath with double vanity is also available.
The third level offers a King primary suite with a full-size bath, a flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view overlooking the lake.
Come and enjoy the new private in-ground swimming pool, fishing from the dock, kayaking on the lake, or relaxing on the expansive deck. Spend lazy afternoons sunning on the beach or bike to one of the local restaurants or shops. There is something for everyone in your family to enjoy!

The house was very clean.We asked if there were swim towels and chairs, they said, no we got there and the chairs and towels were there. We had cool days, if pool heater was offered, for extra, we would of paid more. We had 2 three yr Olds. They would of been in am to pm. The pool was great. Location was great, very quiet, but still drivable to restaurants, and zip lining, Waterpark, and beach. Would stay again.Date of arrival - June 6, 2026

We travelled to Virginia Beach with high school athletes for the Adidas Indoor National track meet. This home was in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood on a fantastic beach. Photos and online description are completely accurate. A super affordable price for the location and size and comfort of this house. After competing all day in Virginia Beach this respite proved a refreshing and relaxing spot to unwind.

Fabulous home in a quiet, pretty neighborhood. Spotlessly clean with everything you'd need in the kitchen without any clutter. Beautiful pool and the dock & canoe were a real bonus. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to stores & restaurants. All this for a really reasonable rate - we couldn't have been happier!!!

Bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall we had a good time and would recommend the house for young families with children.
