With three bedrooms on the first floor and an expansive loft on the second offering 2 bunk sets with Twin/Double beds, full bath, & den this condo will easily accommodate everyone in your party!
This unit was recently remodeled and redecorated with a modern, beachy design in mind. Warm coastal tones combined with vaulted ceilings offer a relaxing and airy feel, while expansive windows and southern exposure provide fantastic views of the ocean, the community, and Back Bay. The decks offer a great spot to people watch!
Expansive Kitchen Remodel just completed in time for the 2026 Season! Featuring high end finishes including Coastal White Cabinets, Stunning Quartz countertops , and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone at the table. The living room has a leather-accent sectional, a flatscreen TV, and access to the deck and outdoor table for al fresco dining or a game of cards oceanside.
The primary King suite features a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and access to the large balcony - the perfect place for enjoying a quiet morning sunrise. There are two additional, bedrooms on the first floor including a King and Queen. Both have access to a full hallway bathroom with gorgeous custom tile work in the walk-in shower.
The Sandbridge Dunes Complex is meticulously maintained. You'll have access to a courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room, and two elevators.
Use the storage unit in the garage to keep your chairs and beach supplies conveniently stowed during your stay and there is also gated garage parking

Garage Parking Clearance is 6'4. Each guest received 2 Parking Passes. Storage Area Available for guest use Key Provided.
***Additional parking is available for daily/ weekly purchase at the Virginia Beach City Parking Lot located across the street, behind the Sandbridge Market for oversized vehicles or overflow parking.
Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules.
Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide.
The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.
Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes #407 Penthouse! We were 10 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us. Very convenient location - located at the very front of Sandbridge and easy access to the beach. Parking in the garage was pretty tight. We could only fit our small sedan, but the hosts were able to accommodate us and let us park our other two larger vehicles outside the garage. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Also a plus, the condo was the was wheelchair accessible! Sandbridge Life Realty was very responsive. They even let us know when a tech had to come do a battery change on the keypad. (Which was available to do from the outside) We would stay again. Thanks again for a geat stay!

Our family had a great time staying at Lovely Day!We had a family of 10 and all fit nicely. We loved having the large table for playing games and gathering for meals. We loved reading and having our coffee out on the balcony, the view of the beach is great, and to people watch as well. It was in a prime location! Short walk to the beach, ice cream, market across the street. Having the pool to cool off from the beach was nice, as well as the owners storage locker to keep all the sandy chairs and toys. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, super helpful! Parking under the units was nice and near the elevator! We had some suggestions to make our stay even better, which we sent to the rental company. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return!

Getting to the beach was incredibly easy, which was a huge plus with the kids. We really enjoyed the pool and all the other amenities too. It was such a relaxing and fun family vacation—we definitely recommend it!

We absoultely LOVED our stay in unit 404! The Dunes complex is impeccably kept. Pool is perfect, especially for little ones. We loved visiting the Sandbridge Island Market for donuts each morning. This unit has everything a family needs for the perect vacation and the BEACH is right there!!!!
