Serenity Now

The house was perfect for the 12 of us. Adult children had the downstairs bedrooms and parents/grandma were upstairs. Plenty of kitchen supplies on site for use. Few suggestions: need a refrigerator in gameroom for drinks, if recycling is required provide 2nd garbage can in kitchen for this, and be able to deactivate the door alarm when no kids are present. We bought some pool items and left for the next group to enjoy. Thank you!

Great vacation for our family. House was perfect -parents and grandma in upstairs bedrooms; adult kids in downstairs bedrooms. Plenty of room, 12 of us weren't on top of each other. Being able to disengage the deck door alarm when no children are present, install refrigerator in game room for drinks and provide 2nd garbage can in kitchen if recycling is required (since bin provided for pickup, appears it is). Once a year we take on the “it takes a village” and get the whole crew together. We had 15 in total, we fit comfortably. Loved the closeness of the beach, the pool and hot tub! We also brought along kayaks and of course fishing gear for the canal outback, it was nice evening activity for the older kids. We did have some younger kiddos, so the door alarms were a good thing to have, we did have to get a little creative to keep the smaller ones from wandering down to the dock though. We were all very pleased with all the spot had to offer. Of note- the showers in the downstairs and master bathroom leak onto the floor. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but mostly likely needs a little maintenance to contain the flow of water to inside the shower. - when it rains heavy one of the windows downstairs leaks, we had to move the couch off the wall to dry out.

First time in Sandbridge beach . Serenity Now is in a great location , quiet neighborhood.House was clean and comfortable for 2 families.Just minutes walk to the beach access , right across the street.Thanks Pat & Stacey

We all gathered here after a small family wedding and it was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. Loved the fenced in yard for our pets. Very clean house. Location was perfect. Would highly recommend this home.

Family Gathering6 adults, 2 babies and a dog gathered for a family vacation. Property was great for us, though furnishings slightly aged and worn it was spotless on arrival. A few hiccups were encountered including a flood of the upstairs shower into the floor below but the management company wete very quick to act on our phone call. Also we would suggest that a pool skimmer be made available, although the pool was maintained as soon as we got some wind blowing debris around and lamding in the pool we had no real way of vleaning it out. Also the overhead fans were not working. But the positive is that a fantastic time was had by all and I would recommend this property for any large family/friends gathering.
