What does a surf lesson consist of?

When you choose a surf lesson from Surf & Adventure Co. (based out of Ocean Rentals LTD), you get a 1.5-hour surf lesson. Whether you book a private lesson or a group class, your surf instructor will start you out on dry land while you practice proper paddling techniques and popping up into your stance. After the basics, you'll head to the water where you'll have help catching your first few waves. After that, you can spend the rest of your 90 minute class applying what you've learned!
